Nice site for Aspiring Voice Actors!
They call themselves the Voice Acting Alliance: The Amateur Voice Acting Resource. If that doesn’t tell you enough then read on. (Or just visit the site.)

Because Seybur wanted a fun way to make money.
So, okay, most people desperate for cash might turn around right away because of the word “amateur”, but come on. It’s much like any other job. Even if you’re not paid for volunteering to community service, it still looks damn good on a resume; people are more likely to hire you.
Same thing applies here in a way.
VAA is just where a bunch of people who like producing voice-over works get together and do their thing. Things from fandubs to podcasts are created, and they don’t just slop something together. There’s an audition system, and each user gets a profile where they can upload demo reels of their voicework.
And everything is compiled into an organized package of forum-threads.
This is a great learning experience, and a fun way to get a gist of what the professional waters’ll be like should you find yourself heading in that direction. Critique is often offered to auditions, and as everyone is there doing what they love, this place lacks the usual “I am oh-so-enlightened and therefore above you” personality so common in other forums.
So, if you’re looking into a career of voice-acting, check this place out. It’s a great community and it’s all via (usually) online, so it won’t be a step too far out of your comfort zone if you have a case of spotlight-fright.
